Santech Solution Inc. is looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to design, build, and scale our Provider Data Management (PDM) transformation efforts. This role will drive Santech’s initiatives to streamline provider management workflows and deliver real business value. Ideal candidates should have deep healthcare experience, a track record of leading large client implementation programs, and the ability to align people, processes, and technology to solve complex provider data challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and define different customer segments and their provider management challenges.
- Identify pain points and their resource and cost impacts for each segment.
- Articulate business use cases and apply a consultative approach to drive transformation.
- Lead workflow planning and change management across key provider network functions to resolve bottlenecks and design a seamlessly integrated PDM solution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the PDM landscape, including Network Expansion, Contracting, Compliance, Network Operations, IT, Member Services, Provider Relations, Analytics, and Finance.
- Support business scaling across product lines.
- Lead technical innovation initiatives focused on automation, AI-enabled data enrichment, and payer-provider convergence platforms.
- Represent Santech as a thought leader in industry forums, conferences, and client innovation labs.
- Conduct SWOT analyses of key market players and define strategies to compete or collaborate for footprint expansion and joint go-to-market efforts.
- Support pre-sales and client-facing engagements, including product roadmap walkthroughs, product demonstrations, analyst briefings, webinars, and publications.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities to drive growth and expand the product ecosystem.
- Engage with key vendors and partners to strengthen collaboration.
- Lead large provider data improvement projects using agile methodologies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success.
- Conduct detailed client requirement assessments and break down initiatives into manageable work streams.
- Guide clients through “as-is” assessments and develop a “to-be” technical and operational roadmap for provider data management.
- Oversee sprint planning, PI execution, backlog prioritization, and alignment of work streams with stakeholder goals.
- Manage risks, issue logs, status reports, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead technical roadmap planning and improve utilization across client engagements.
- 15+ years of experience in provider data, payer, or consulting roles, with a strong focus on provider data, credentialing, and network management.
- Experience leading large-scale IT implementation programs and managing change.
- Proven success in agile delivery environments.
Pay range: $250,000-$400,000 (includes Base, Bonus, Benefits, Stock options, etc.)
