The Data and AI Practice Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end Data and AI practice, developing market-ready offerings, enabling cross-sell opportunities, shaping and winning key pursuits, and overseeing a profitable and scalable delivery model.
This role requires a combination of strategic practice-building and operational leadership, with accountability across go-to-market strategy, solution development, and execution excellence, This role is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and take offerings to market by defining signature solutions, reference architectures, pricing guardrails, and playbooks.
- Lead proactive go-to-market initiatives and cross-sell efforts, including account engagement, industry narratives, workshops, POVs, and pursuit solutioning.
- Oversee delivery quality and profitability, ensuring margin protection, estimation accuracy, utilization health, and strong delivery governance.
- Develop reusable intellectual property such as accelerators, templates, and demo kits to increase win rates and delivery efficiency.
- Build and grow a strong team and foster collaboration within the partner ecosystem, supporting co-sell motions and enablement activities.
- 12–18+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI within services or product engineering, including 5+ years in practice or portfolio leadership.
- Strong capability in solutioning and estimation, with the ability to lead C-level discovery sessions and shape complex deals.
- Deep expertise in at least two to three areas such as data platforms, data engineering, analytics, AI/GenAI, MLOps/LLMOps, or data governance.
- Experience across data platforms and engineering, analytics and decision intelligence, applied AI/GenAI solutions, and data governance including quality, lineage, privacy, and security-by-design.
- Demonstrated experience building market offerings and scaling IP or accelerators.
- Experience driving cross-sell penetration and pipeline growth within priority accounts.
- Track record of improving delivery efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
