Sales Director

Location: Princeton, NJ 08540 (On-site, 5 days/week)

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on sales leader with strong communication and collaboration skills and a proven track record in B2B technology sales. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
• Own and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth
• Drive lead generation initiatives and support market expansion strategies
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and customer success teams
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

• 5–10 years of SaaS-based B2B tech sales experience
• Proven experience selling CRM, ERP, or FSM solutions
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and market growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Must currently be located in the United States
