We are seeking a SAP FI/CO Senior Manager to join our Data, Digital & AI organization. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4

HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and compliance standards. You will collaborate with the SAP Business Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative finance solutions across the global landscape.

• Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance solutions, focusing on Account-to-Report (ATR) processes.
• Collaborate with the SAP Business CoE to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous innovation.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure, compliant SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Act as a liaison between SAP Business CoE, system integrators, AMS providers, and IT functions.
• Gather requirements, develop functional/technical specifications, and oversee solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP/EMEA regulations, and enterprise-level financial controls.
• Stay current on SAP technology trends and recommend enhancements, automation strategies, and innovation opportunities.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, Smartsheet) for project tracking and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Finance applications in regulated environments.
• Minimum two full-cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations with strong configuration experience in FI/CO.
• SAP Certification in FI/CO (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4
  
  HANA for Financial Accounting) is a plus.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori and S/4
  
  HANA Fiori apps.
• Deep knowledge of ATR processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset, Bank, Intercompany, Controlling, Product Costing, Tax, Group Reporting.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and compliance standards (SOX, GxP).
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exposure to advanced analytics, digital automation, or AI-driven finance tools.
• Experience working with external consultants and managing AMS partners.
• Holistic vision mindset with the ability to connect data insights to strategic business objectives.
