Strategic Alliances Specialist
We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high‑impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong technology partnership and Alliances experience, have a customer‑first mindset, and the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy with key strategic Alliances such as AWS, MSFT, Databricks, etc.
- Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement.
- Work with ZS client teams, partners, and customers to present/demonstrate and evangelize ZS solutions with partners.
- Collaborate effectively with practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships.
- Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on assigned partners, helping with enablement across wider ZS.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably managing strategic alliance partnerships or in a pre‑sales role.
- Comfort in leading sales cycles for a consulting company selling services.
- Customer‑centric mindset to build and nurture long‑term relationships with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.
- Ability to manage a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Aptitude for understanding the technical side of software.
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
- Fluency in English.
