What to Expect
  • Manage cybersecurity assessment processes to ensure compliance with information security controls
  • Coordinate and execute penetration tests and other cybersecurity assessments, tracking issues to completion
  • Collaborate with business and IT to assess third parties and IT systems against industry standards
  • Maintain an inventory of business and IT applications and third parties to evaluate risk levels
  • Provide periodic status reporting to stakeholders including the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in information security, including experience in assurance or assessment processes
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
  • Experience in teamwork and collaboration in a cybersecurity context
  • Familiarity with ongoing cybersecurity trends and advancements
