Responsibilities- Provide first and second level support for personal computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, maintain, and enhance personal computers, peripherals, and network server components.
- Manage asset tracking system for all equipment; maintain and enhance server base security, backups, and virus protection.
- Participate in desktop and network hardware and software upgrade planning and implementation.
- Provide second level support to sys‑admin staff members as required.
- Interact with other IT department staff, senior management, and vendors to resolve network related issues.
- Some on‑call required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma & 5‑7+ years of IT experience.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Ample experience supporting VIP/C‑Suite level personnel.
- Extensive Service Now, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, and Mac experience.
- Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to diagnose and repair computer and network problems.
- Superior working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications; MCSE or equivalent required.
- Strong understanding of Ethernet switched environments, TCP/IP, DHCP, terminal emulation, client/server, and internet concepts.
- Mac experience a strong plus.
- Ability to handle pressure, communicate clearly, and address various IT issues are an absolute must.
