Trimble Inc. invites applications for a Technical Support Analyst to troubleshoot complex product issues, collaborate with development teams, and enhance customer experience across our Transportation & Logistics solutions.

You will bridge complex technical challenges and real‑world solutions, impacting the efficiency of global supply chains while partnering with developers, testers, and project managers worldwide. This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and a chance to influence product direction.

• Conduct in‑depth troubleshooting of Trimble’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to resolve high‑impact hardware and software issues.
• Identify, document, and report software bugs and usability trends to shape future product releases.
• Provide high‑level technical support via phone, email, and chat to a diverse global audience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (developers, testers, project managers) to maintain visibility on critical issues.

• Proven root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience writing bug tickets in Jira.
• Knowledge of Web Services and APIs (REST & SOAP).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Android, Angular, or React.
• Prior operations experience in transportation or logistics.

US Remote (OH, CO, NJ, OR preferred). 0% travel required.

Salary range: $55,000.00 – $75,600.00. No additional bonus or commission.
