Job Summary Diverse Lynx is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver data-driven insights that support business decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and deployment of machine learning solutions into production environments.

Key Responsibilities Data Exploration & Analysis Explore and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights

Model Development Design, develop, and implement predictive models and ML algorithms

Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate models into business workflows

Feature Engineering Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance

Optimize feature selection and extraction techniques

Data Preprocessing Clean, preprocess, and validate raw data to ensure data quality and consistency

Handle missing values, outliers, and data anomalies

Model Evaluation & Validation Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation methods

Fine-tune models to improve accuracy, precision, and recall

Collaboration & Communication Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements

Communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly

Deployment & Integration Support deployment of models into production environments

Integrate ML solutions with existing systems and processes

Continuous Learning Stay updated with data science trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Recommend and implement new methodologies to improve analytics capabilities

Required

Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation

Proficiency in Python / SQL (preferred)
Experience working with production ML systems is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
