Syst Immune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations and manager effectiveness.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.
• Partner with leaders to identify engagement and retention risks and support change management initiatives.
• Support onboarding, employee experience, and culture building initiatives.
• Provide recruiting support for clinical roles during the initial growth phase, partnering with recruiters on candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and training requirements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in biotech or pharma.
• Demonstrated HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting clinical teams.
• Prior experience combining HR partnership responsibilities with recruiting.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management and coaching.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and scaling HR practices in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills.

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
