What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement training curricula for Health Evidence and Outcomes Liaisons (HEOLs) and cross-functional Medical Affairs partners
  • Ensure delivery of evidence-based scientific and outcomes-related information across therapeutic areas
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and ensure content relevance
  • Manage training documentation, curricula, and competency maps for HEOL functions
  • Define and report on KPIs and training effectiveness metrics to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in a scientific discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical training, HEOR/Market Access, or related roles
  • Minimum 2 years of oncology experience in solid tumor and/or hematology
  • Strong scientific acumen, including clinical data interpretation and familiarity with HEOR methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced degree (Pharm

    D, PhD, MD, MPH, MS in HEOR/Public Health/Pharmaco-epidemiology)
  • Experience as a Field HEOR or Value Liaison
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharma/biotech industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver professional training programs
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic company
