Role OverviewThe Director, Publications and Medical Communications, Oncology will develop and implement global publication strategies for Oncology and Cell Therapy programs. Responsibilities include leading communication efforts across various formats, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with scientific and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Advanced degree (Pharm
D, PhD, MD) in biomedical sciences or equivalent experience in Oncology publication management. - Proven experience in managing scientific publications, preferably in Cell Therapy or Hematology-Oncology.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industries, with significant experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development roles.
- Strong knowledge of publication practices, industry guidelines, and software systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
