• Supportive, collaborative team
• Reasonable caseload expectations
• Strong admin support to reduce burnout

• Manage a child caseload (determined by therapy hours, not arbitrary caps)
• Maintain billable hours/week
  with strong administrative support
• Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming
• Deliver consistent parent training and maintain collaborative caregiver relationships
• Ensure continuity of care
• Partner daily with RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence

• Strong ABA clinical competency
  , including treatment plan development, FBA writing, and supervision
• Ability to provide a redacted FBA + treatment plan sample to demonstrate writing quality and analytic reasoning
• Confidence coaching parents and communicating clearly with caregivers
