- Supportive, collaborative team
- Reasonable caseload expectations
- Strong admin support to reduce burnout
- Manage a child caseload (determined by therapy hours, not arbitrary caps)
- Maintain billable hours/week
with strong administrative support - Conduct assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and update programming
- Deliver consistent parent training and maintain collaborative caregiver relationships
- Ensure continuity of care
- Partner daily with RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence
- Strong ABA clinical competency
, including treatment plan development, FBA writing, and supervision - Ability to provide a redacted FBA + treatment plan sample to demonstrate writing quality and analytic reasoning
- Confidence coaching parents and communicating clearly with caregivers
