Syst Immune is seeking a high quality, ambitious and experienced Clinical Supplies Manager to support Syst Immune’s clinical trials. The Clinical Supplies Manager oversees planning, procurement, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management of clinical trial materials. This role works closely with our China team to ensure that investigational products are delivered on time, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and aligned with study timelines and budgets.

The Clinical Supplies Manager must be self‑motivated, independent, and able to work in a small team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clinical supply strategies for multiple global studies.
  • Forecast supply needs based on enrollment projections and protocol requirements.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control systems to track product quantities, expiry dates, and distribution records.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent supply shortages or overages.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to align supply plans with study milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical supply chain management or pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. While most offers typically fall within the low to mid‑point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceed the requirements of the role.

Syst Immune offers a comprehensive benefits package including: 100% paid employee premiums for medical/dental/vision, also STD, LTD, a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match of up to 3% and a vesting schedule of only 5 years, 15 PTO days per year, sick leave, plus 11 paid holidays and MORE.
