Associate Director, Clinical Data Manager

• Ensure operational responsibility for clinical trial planning, conduct, and closure
• Oversee data management vendors and ensure timely delivery of data management deliverables
• Participate in cross-functional Clinical Trial Teams and provide data management expertise
• Review and provide input to clinical protocols and amendments
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and Genmab SOPs

• Bachelor's degree in science or a related area
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in clinical data management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end trial conduct
• Proven project management capabilities
• Knowledge of EDC systems, ICH‑GCP, and regulatory expectations

• Experience in oncology preferred
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic company
• Excellent cross-functional alignment and communication skills
• Experience with vendor oversight and partnership management
