Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Behavior Analyst based in Princeton, NJ. The Behavior Analyst will design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities include conducting assessments of client behaviors, supervising behavioral interventions, providing training and support to families, collaborating with educators and staff, and ensuring that clients achieve their developmental and behavioral goals.

The Behavior Analyst plays a critical role in helping individuals with autism reach their fullest potential in structured programs and community settings.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Strong understanding of Psychology and its application to individuals with autism
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with families, educators, and team members
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
