Analytical Scientist II – Princeton, NJ

What You’ll Do:
- Process and analyze biological samples using established procedures and SOPs.
- Support method development and validation, shaping new analytical approaches used in clinical research.
- Document all analytical activities with precision to ensure regulatory accuracy and data integrity.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of SOPs, driving continuous improvement.
- Operate key analytical instruments and software, initiate analytical runs and monitor results.
- Troubleshoot bioanalytical issues in collaboration with senior scientists to identify solutions.
- Integrate, review, and refine data using specialized applications.
- Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment, including waste management and equipment care.
- Perform laboratory support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold all corporate, divisional, and regulatory standards with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
- Solid understanding of bioanalytical laboratory processes.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and analytical software tools.
- Experience with chromatography software is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in a regulated environment supporting GxP-compliant operations.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for scientific problem-solving.
Salary Range: $56,400.00 - $95,900.00
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high for this position. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency for the role. Benefits may include a company car or car allowance, health benefits, 401(k) match, employee stock purchase plan eligibility, potential for commissions/bonuses, and paid time off, including paid sick time per applicable laws.
