Location:
Princeton/Monroe, NJ.
Hours:
Mon/Wed/Thursday in Princeton:
Monday/Wednesday (11:30 am – 8 pm);
Thursday (Day shift – mostly, 8‑4:30 pm). The other 2 days will be in the Monroe location (Tuesday/Friday), mostly Day shift.
- Assess the physical therapy needs of the patient, prepare the rehabilitation plan of care, provide rehabilitation service, reassess and revise the plan as needed.
- Document care within designated time frames in the EMR and hand off problems and resolutions to the case manager and team.
- Incorporate economic factors in service delivery and maintain compliance with productivity standards.
- Participate in marketing and community education functions as requested.
- Plan and implement in‑service and continuing educational activities and consulting to facility personnel.
- Perform patient examination, evaluate clinical findings, and determine diagnosis and outcomes of care.
- Adapt delivery of care to reflect respect for and sensitivity to individual differences.
- Adhere to ethical practice standards, maintain confidentiality, and support customer service and performance improvement goals.
- Use support personnel in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other caregivers/staff to enhance patient care and services.
- Participate in unit compliance as related to established standards.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Physical Therapist (Required)
- Active NJ License by the Board of Physical Therapy
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required), Current BLS certification from AHA approved course
- Driver's License (Required)
- NJ Driving License
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- 1+ years inpatient and outpatient work experience
- Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)
- 1+ years inpatient and outpatient work experience (for MS)
$36.56 – $58.30 per hour. As part of the job offer, a specific rate is provided taking into consideration experience and education.
