ResponsibilitiesYear 1
- Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals.
- Learn how to attract and build a team.
- Pass Exams:
Life, Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 6 and Series 7
Year 2
- Explore leadership and mentor roles.
- Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice.
- Further your personal education with continued licensing.
Year 3 through Retirement
are unique to the individual and within their control. Leadership and growth opportunities will be discussed in the interview process.
