Job Title: Financial Analyst IV

Location: Princeton, NJ

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to join their team. As a Financial Analyst IV, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Global Marketing and Business Planning teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis including Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBE), and Long Range Projections (LRP) for P&L and balance sheet metrics.
• Support financial planning processes, maintain planning calendars, and develop tools/templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Manage monthly financial performance metrics such as sales, expenses, cash conversion cycle (CCC), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Provide financial support to global marketing teams, assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, revenue tie-outs, and variance analysis.

• Minimum of 7+ years of finance experience with increasing responsibility in accounting and/or finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is preferred.
