As Senior Accountant, you’ll take the lead on core financial operations and help evolve the systems behind them. Expect to:

• Reconcile broker accounts and resolve trade issues with speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with counter parties to reduce friction and boost efficiency
• Analyze large datasets tied to trading, lending, and reporting
• Automate and upgrade legacy processes in finance and accounting
• Own monthly close tasks and prepare general ledger entries
• Partner with leadership on cross‑functional projects that move the business forward
• Use technology to streamline the way things work across teams

• 5 to 10 years in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to hedge funds, asset management, or banking
• A strong foundation in accounting principles; CPA or degree in accounting is a plus
• Skill with large-scale financial data and complex analysis
• Mastery of Excel and a curiosity for tools like VBA and SQL
• A builder’s mindset when it comes to systems and automation
• Clear, confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to zoom into the details without losing the bigger picture
• Drive to take on tough challenges and see them through
