AboutThe Role
The Financial Systems and Reporting Team ("FS&R") is seeking a Senior Analyst to support BPC Planning (Business Planning and Consolidation), FP&A activities, and finance system initiatives.
You Will- Perform all necessary user acceptance testing in SAP Quality Assurance environment.
- Interact and collaborate with IT counterparts to support users in resolving planning, consolidation and system issues.
- Refresh and maintain planning and outlook cycles in BPC throughout Outlook, Budget, and Long‑Range Planning processes.
- Support FP&A with accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and planning deliverables.
- Provide senior management recurring reporting using various automation tools, financial planning models, and data management best practices.
- Assist and provide team support in ongoing SAP enhancement projects and BPC Planning improvements.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial systems and planning activities.
- Support monthly financial close and BPC Planning and Consolidation processes as well as annual budget and long range planning cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- CPA or CMA is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant financial planning, reporting, or data management experience.
- Experience with BPC Planning, BPC Consolidation, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or other financial planning tools preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including effective time management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with experience in business process development and improvement.
- High focus on timeliness and accuracy of all planning deliverables.
- High proficiency in PC/computer skills including financial applications, reporting tools, and Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay Range: $75,000 – $95,000
