We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical financial planning and analysis within a leading organization.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain effective financial planning processes and coordinate planning calendars.
• Develop tools and templates for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Manage monthly financial performance metrics and report on variances.
• Provide financial support to marketing teams and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct month‑end close activities, including journal entries and revenue tie‑outs.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial modeling and data analysis for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of finance experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Background in global marketing finance support.
• Manufacturing finance experience is a plus.
