Civil & Geotechnical Engineers (3–8 Years) – New Jersey
I work with engineering firms across New Jersey that are adding to their civil and geotechnical teams. These are established firms with steady project backlogs. They’re hiring because they need additional capacity, not because someone just left.
Open areas include:- Land development
- Site design and stormwater
- Geotechnical analysis and reporting
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Field investigation and technical reporting experience (geotech roles)
- EIT required; PE preferred or in progress
- Experience working on projects in New Jersey
Compensation range: $85,000–$130,000, depending on experience, licensure, and technical depth.
