A customer service company in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for their busy season from February 1st to June 1st. In this role, you will provide exceptional support across various channels and troubleshoot technical issues. Ideal candidates have over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and can handle multitasking effectively. A tech-savvy, empathetic individual who can work weekends and extended hours is preferred.
Compensation is between $25 - $26 per hour.
