Customer Service Rep, Technical Support
Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract with a client in Princeton, NJ.
Rate Range: $20 per hour to $21 per hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities- Manage and resolve daily Order Management holds by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing.
- Run and analyze reports using systems like Oracle, BI, and Salesforce to monitor order status, incidents, and service agreements.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors to resolve product, delivery, and billing inquiries.
- Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
- Oversee return management and recall processes, partnering with Quality and Corporate Complaints teams to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and train BPO representatives, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring smooth task handoffs across teams.
- Minimum High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in customer service, tech support, retail, or related fields.
- Proficiency in multiple systems including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
$20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
