• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closing new business deals.
• Lead consultative discussions centered on ecommerce challenges such as customer retention, product performance, and growth strategies.
• Position the LXR Suite and experimentation techniques as essential growth capabilities, rather than just a product or service.
• Engage senior executives, including CMOs and Heads of Digital, in strategic conversations about AI adoption and scalable growth.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the upper mid-market ecommerce segment, collaborating with internal teams on proposals and strategies.

• Between 8 and 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ecommerce and digital marketing solutions.
• Proven success in selling to senior-level decision-makers and CXOs.
• Strong background in diagnosis-led sales approaches that emphasize understanding client needs before proposing solutions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and selling innovative solutions that transcend traditional categories.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
