Contract Supervisor - JLL
What this job involves - The Contract Supervisor oversees vendor relationships, operational expectations, and contract support to ensure service delivery, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation in alignment with the Client's expectations. This role manages vendor performance while collaborating with operations, sourcing, finance, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, consistent services.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* Manage support of vendor contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
* Ensure contracts clearly define scope, pricing, service levels (SLAs), KPIs, compliance requirements, and risk provisions.
* Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs, partnering with operations to address gaps and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure contracts are accessible and understood by operational teams.
* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance contract management efficiency and vendor performance.
* Support sourcing initiatives by participating in RFP/RFQ processes, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations.
* Assist in identifying cost savings, value-added opportunities, and leveraged spend initiatives across the portfolio.
* Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing, contracting, and governance policies, as well as client-specific requirements.
* Act as a primary point of contact for matters between JLL, vendors, and client stakeholders.
* Collaborate with account leadership and operations teams to resolve vendor issues and ensure client satisfaction.
* Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in vendor management, contract management, sourcing, or procurement.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* CMMS system experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with contract management systems preferred.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, decentralized environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of facilities management, real estate services, or outsourced service environments.
* Experience working in regulated or GxP environments (pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences).
* Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting facilities or real estate services.

Estimated compensation for this position:
65,000. USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
