Overview

Our client, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Service Agreements Specialist to join their team. As a Service Agreements Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Service Operations team supporting customer contract management and service revenue growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Service Agreements Specialist

Location: Princeton, NJ

Pay Range: $29/hr

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer service contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and processing agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing updates and clarifications on contract terms.
• Develop and process service quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage SAP contract submissions.
• Evaluate equipment reports to identify expiring warranties and facilitate contract renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to ensure timely contract activation and customer satisfaction.

• High School diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract management or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple agreements efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar contract management systems and financial processing tools.
