Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support during a leave of absence in the Financial Services department. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
* The Administrative Assistant will support the department, handling onboarding requests, customer inquiries, and financial procedures.
* Manage the front desk, handle in-person customers, phone calls, and email correspondence.
* Utilize the financial systems, such as People Soft and Concur.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Candidates must have experience working in an office setting.
* At least 1 year of experience handling customer phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
* Support a fast-paced team, able to pivot and move quickly.
Preferred Experience /Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Experience working on campus or in higher education is preferred.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is preferred.
