This is not a traditional office manager position.
We are seeking a high-energy, highly organized, and people-focused professional to play a dual role at a growing pharmaceutical consulting firm. This individual will be responsible for both creating an engaging, welcoming office environment and coordinating a series of high-impact internal and external initiatives that elevate how our firm operates and is perceived.
This is a visible, hands-on role with regular interaction with senior leadership, employees, clients, and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Manager (40% of the role)
- Own the day-to-day office experience for our Princeton office, ensuring it is welcoming, well-run, and engaging
- Create an environment that encourages in-person collaboration and team connection
- Manage office operations, vendors, supplies, facilities, and day-to-day logistics
- Support the onboarding of new hires and interns in partnership with HR and IT
- Plan and execute in-office meetings, trainings, and team events
Special Projects Coordinator (60% of the role)
- Project-manage a portfolio of company initiatives aimed at improving internal operations and external visibility
- Plan and execute logistics for industry conference participation (e.g., registration, travel, on-site coordination)
- Coordinate client dinners, strategy sessions, and external meetings
- Support and help coordinate the firm’s summer internship program
- Serve as a professional, polished “face of the firm” in interactions with vendors, conference organizers, university partners, and clients
- High-energy individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, high-ownership professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Comfort being visible, engaged, and externally facing
- Experience in office management, operations, project coordination, or event planning (professional services experience a plus)
