Senior Accountant

LHH has partnered with a global manufacturing company in their search for senior accountant.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a Contract to Hire Opportunity.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage general ledger and reconcile accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
