Azer, Driscoll & DeSimone, LLC, a CPA firm specializing in tax and financial services, is seeking a Workflow & Systems Coordinator to oversee the intake, tracking, and progression of client work through our internal workflow systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that all client information is efficiently managed and moved through the firm while providing support to staff and clients with system‑related inquiries.

- Track all client intake related to tax returns and other engagements.
- Log and manage client documents and requests within Financial Cents.
- Monitor engagement status and identify missing or outstanding items.
- Follow up internally and externally to resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure work progresses in accordance with firm processes and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot client and firm inquiries related to our internal systems.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in workflow management and document tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with both internal staff and clients.
- Problem‑solving mindset with comfort troubleshooting process or system issues.

Salary & Benefits- Minimum Salary: $41,440.00
