• Serving patients of all ages
• 4 Operating Suites
• Services include:
  General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, OB/GYN, Robotics, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro Spine, and Vein Procedures
• Averages 2,600 cases a year.
• Surgical and Anesthesia coverage 24/7
• 60th percentile ranking for Patient Satisfaction.
• Endoscopy/GI department has 2 procedure rooms to serve both outpatients and inpatients for colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and EGD.
• Averages 2,500 Endoscopy procedures per year

• 48 hours per 2 weeks
• Day/Evening shifts
• 8 hour shifts
• On call shifts: nights, weekends, and holidays (one weekday call per week and on average every 7th weekend)

• 20 minutes within location, call rooms available

This position is 48 hours per two weeks on the day/evening shift, 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday (start times are 6:40am and 9:00am). Position includes off‑premise call on weekends, holidays, and nights. Staff need to be within 20 minutes of the hospital to meet off‑premise call requirements.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is required to perform these responsibilities in accordance with all policies, procedures, professional practice guidelines, and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

• Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and other health team members to develop a nursing plan as part of an integrated, comprehensive plan of care.
• Develops an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, condition and other relevant needs.
• Evaluates care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes.
• Collaborates and communicates effectively and respectfully with the patient, family and members of the health care team within and across care settings to promote partnership‑based health care.
• Demonstrates the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promotes a culture of evidence‑based practice (EBP).

• MN RN License
• BLS for Health Care Providers
• OR RN experience and/or
• Completion of AORN Peri‑op 101 course and/or
• Clinical experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist or completion of OR Internship

• BSN
• 2 years OR RN experience

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract.
