Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Team Lead to join our team in Princeton, MN!

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:15 AM ;
Friday OT required as needed

$26.50 - $34.35

Additional $2.00 Shift Differential

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay

The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and performing production activities in their respective departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met.

• Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in their respective departments.
• Directs the work efforts of employees in their respective departments.
• Assists in performance reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees in their respective department.
• Tracks and assists in write-up process for employees’ attendance in their respective departments.
• Provides backup for their department’s manager in instances including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and timesheets, as directed.
• Performs job interviews for positions within their department.
