ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Route Freight deliveries.
- Get quotes from Freight Lines
- Invoice / Bill Matching Daily
- Communicate via Phone and email.
- Enter information into the AS400
- Run weekly, monthly and yearly reports
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Order and maintain materials for the Traffic Department.
- Must provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
- Other duties as instructed by the Department Manager
- Computer skills including Windows 8, Excel, Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes and AS 400
- High School or GED with excellent math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret information.
- Must be able to set priorities in a fast pace environment.
- Past experience in an office setting
- Ability to communicate well and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
