** Job Summary
** The Machine Operator Level 1 is responsible for safely operating basic production machinery, performing routine quality checks, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure products meet established standards. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals developing their technical skills and understanding of production operations.
** Job Description
** SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  
• Operate assigned machines or equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).  
• Start, stop, and monitor machine performance throughout the production run.  
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.  
• Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.  
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.

• Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.

• Conduct basic quality checks using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or visual inspections.  
• Record production and quality data accurately.  
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum age requirement 18+  
• High school diploma or GED preferred  
• Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required  
• Ability to work assigned shift (including overtime as needed)  
• Ability to read and understand work instructions or SOPs  
• Attention to detail  
• Strong work ethic and reliability  
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment  
• Basic math and measurement skills

• Lift and move materials up to 40–50 lbs.
