Job Overview
Operations Manager at Peoplelink Group – a staffing agency partnering with Global SQ, a leading quality sort and containment services company. This role leads the Princeton team and ensures smooth, efficient operations.
Compensation: $60k–$70k
Schedule: 1st shift with flexibility
- Drive customer satisfaction through regular customer interaction and provide timely feedback using customer satisfaction program
- Develop new and existing customer relationships
- Possess a proficient knowledge of all Account Managers, Inspectors, Senior Inspectors, Administrative Specialists, and Supervisors job requirements
- Develop, track, and report customer satisfaction improvement initiatives to senior management based on key performance indicators
- Meet or exceed all customer production, quality, and delivery time expectations
- Problem‑solve customer concerns using tools including CAR and 8‑Disciplines methodology
- Develop customer satisfaction improvement initiatives based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure timely delivery of customer reports as needed
- Manage active projects for compliance with all applicable client and company requirements
- Maintain compliance with all ISO 9001 quality management system requirements
- Create and maintain key performance indicators supporting project team performance data
- Ensure all team members are trained and competent to perform their job responsibilities
- Manage project and operations costs and actively seek ways to reduce those costs
- Provide support for compliance with all safety and ergonomic policies and procedures
- Ensure all safety alerts are completed and submitted accurately and promptly
- Lead and manage all team members
- Establish performance expectations for team members and conduct performance evaluations
- All other duties, as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline (Preferred)
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
- Computer‑literate (MS Office, e‑mail, etc.)
- Ability to update reports using Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to interpret quality control plans, procedures, and prints
- Skill in using gauges and basic metrology tools
- Ability to instruct and train team members
- Ability to evaluate team member performance
- Ability to multi‑task
- Able to pass initial and subsequent drug screenings

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate weights of 10–50 pounds for extended periods. Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity, visual acuity, corrected 20/20 vision. Read, comprehend, and apply written work instructions. Pass a criminal background check and initial/subsequent drug screenings.
