Warehouse Associate – Inventory Control

An Inventory Control associate is a member of the Inventory Control department. The Inventory Control department is responsible for the accuracy & integrity of all data associated with goods in the Distribution Center.

• Execute periodic cycle counting to ensure on‑hand accuracy.
• Handle all aspects of the physical inventory process.
• Process damaged goods and merchandise.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with creating daily projects to support inbound/outbound movement.
• Ensure all stores are accurately billed/credited as warranted.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Ability to operate all required equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to operate a cherry picker or scissor lift, and work at a maximum height of 36 feet while tethered to a safety harness.
• Proficiency with an RF scanner.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical computations.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker who seeks opportunities.
• Willingness to follow material‑handling safe operating procedures.
• Ability to complete assignments within allotted time.
• Ability to work regularly at a maximum height of four flights of stairs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule until work is completed.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Bend and twist frequently.
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
