JOB DESCRIPTION:

Warehouse Associate – Ticket Room Associate

Ticket Room Associates are responsible for the printing and overall organization of all production/picking tickets for the following day’s planned production.

• Prints tickets in correct waves & batches using the AS400 system.
• Follow ticket printing guidelines to ensure all tickets are printed accurately.
• Fold, organize, and arrange tickets as tickets are printed.
• Ensure quality of printing is maintained throughout shift, immediately communicating any quality issues.
• Troubleshoot printing errors by inspecting toner, developing unit, charge wire, and drum.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance before and after printing according to checklist.
• Track and maintain and inventory list of all consumable printer parts and printing tickets.
• Contact vendor when equipment repairs are needed.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently and self‑motivated to seek work.
• Ability to complete assignments in time allotted.
• Ability to work effectively, in a professional environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (until work is done).

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend and twist frequently.
• Must have ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.
