Position: Support Worker

Location: Princes Risborough

Salary: £25,857 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate team at Culverton Court, a supported living service for adults with mental health needs. You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals.

• Supporting with medication
• Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments

Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid £52.78).

• £25,857 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
