Salary: £90 £ 250 per day (dependent on role and experience)

We are currently recruiting for a specialist SEND school in Princes Risborough seeking passionate and committed staff at all levels. We are welcoming applications from experienced SEND professionals as well as individuals looking to build a career within special education.
Opportunities are available across a range of roles including:
SEND Teaching Assistants (1:1 & Classroom Support)
Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
Behaviour Mentors
Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)
Cover Supervisors
Qualified SEND Teachers (Primary & Secondary)
About the School:
The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
Complex and multiple learning needs
The setting provides a nurturing, structured and highly supportive environment focused on personalised learning, therapeutic support and positive behaviour strategies.
Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
Supporting pupils with SEND to access learning and achieve individual targets
Delivering differentiated lessons (for teaching roles)
Providing 1:1 or small group interventions
Implementing EHCP targets, IEPs and Behaviour Support Plans
Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and external professionals
Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (for teaching or HLTA roles)
A genuine passion for inclusive education
Newly qualified teachers and experienced support staff are encouraged to apply.
