Permanent, Casual | Shifts available 7-days a week | Handy Dart, Transit & Charter runs available
What You’ll Do- Safely transport passengers and provide door-to-door assistance when required
- Comfortable travelling out of town for scheduled charter work
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Operate a two-way radio and manage fares accurately
- Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone
- Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns
- Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle as required by Provincial legislation and record any minor vehicle defects onto the vehicle daily
- Valid Driver's License – Class 1 or 2 with air endorsement required
- Ability to pass the required enhanced criminal record check, and drug & alcohol test
- Provide a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work independently and interact politely with the public and staff
- Physically able to perform all job duties
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous transit experience

- Transit Bus: $29.90/hour
- Handy
DART: $28.60/hour - Luggage Truck: $26.00/hour
- Training Wage: $25.74 - $26.91 per/hour depending on equipment used
