Executive Aviation is looking a part time agent and for a seasonal agent at our Prince George BC location to assist with our flight schedule.

We are looking for a hands-on person, who has flexible availability, and a love of airplanes.

This role would report directly to the FBO Manager.

Responsibilities Welcome all pilots, answer phones, offer great customer service and reply to customer emails Conduct complete quality and safety inspections, ensuring the equipment is clean and free from damage Fuel aircraft as requested adhering to CSA Standards and EA Training Record fuel ticket information, fill in TDG and bill customer accurately (if required) Manage fueling priorities (scheduled commercial, Medivac, MOF, etc) Fuel GSE (Diesel and Gas in fuel trucks) Backload Refueler (Aviation fuel in truck tanks) Accept offloads and bulk sales (complete necessary paperwork) Handling of FSII (accepting deliveries, adding FSII to the fuel trucks, completing paperwork) Snow and grass removal Monitor aviation fuel levels in the fuel trucks, tank farm and FSII reservoirs and drums Safely drive a fuel truck (to aircraft and on taxi and runways) Respond to incoming aircraft requests after hours if needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driver abstract, DZ license an asset Willing to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Aviation/ mechanical experience preferred Background in gasoline/ fuel an asset
