Relief Bus Driver (Route 400 - Colleymount) (BL Bus Shop) at School District No. 91 Nechako Lakes

• External Posting #25/26-161E
• Burns Lake Bus Shop
• Relief position starting as soon as possible, until the regular employee returns
• 6 hours per week, 5 days per week

• Performs a variety of skilled tasks driving regular and scheduled bus routes
• Liaises with students, parents, peers, and staff members
• Inspection and preventative maintenance on the bus
• Curricular and extra-curricular trips when required

• Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Valid first aid certificate and CPR training
• Courses and training in defensive driving or a combination of training and experience
• WHMIS Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures
• Six months of demonstrated successful experience driving vehicles requiring BC Class 2 or higher license in all seasons
• Valid B.C. Driver's License Class 2 Full Privileged with air endorsement & an exemplary driving record as demonstrated by a current driver's abstract
