Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Painters
. This is an entry-level position ideal for students or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in painting and general labor. No prior painting experience is required—training will be provided.

• Prepare surfaces for painting ( sahaja, sanding, scraping, and masking)
• Apply paint, stain, or finishes to interior and/or exterior surfaces
• Set up and clean work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and job‑site procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• No prior painting experience required (training provided)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 40–50 lbs] and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Punctual and dependable

• Previous experience in painting, construction, or general labor
• Comfort working on ladders or at heights
• Availability for the full season
