Sales Manager, Business Development, Hotel/Hospitality Sales
Description
Develop and execute the hotel’s overall sales strategy across corporate, group, leisure, and local market segments
Actively prospect, network, and generate new business through outbound sales and relationship building
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities
Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to align sales efforts with operational goals
Forecast performance, manage the sales pipeline, and track results against defined targets and KPIs
Represent the hotel within the local community, at industry events, and through strategic partnerships
Establish scalable sales systems and processes to support future team growth
Requirements
Minimum six years of total sales experience
, including at least four years in hotel sales
Proven success as a confident, outgoing producer who is comfortable initiating conversations and closing business
Strong cultural alignment with values-driven hospitality organizations
Relationship-oriented, self-motivated, and results-focused
Comfortable working independently while building the foundation for a growing sales function
Corporate Culture
Base salary: $75,000 – $80,000
