    The Branch Leader is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding the Autoplan, personal lines, and commercial insurance teams. The role is both client-focused and team-oriented, requiring strong leadership to ensure service excellence, growth, retention, and operational alignment across the branch.     Compensation and Benefits:
    Acera’s compensation offerings reflect a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes individual and team contributions. The typical hiring range for this position is from $60,000 - $90,000

    CAD annually;
    The base salary range for this position is determined based on market location and is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s years of experience, education, geographic location, and demonstrated ability.

  • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ICBC auto insurance experience
  • Strong Autoplan skills – must be proficient in ICBC transactions
  • Level Two General Insurance License
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
  • High attention to detail and professional communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others positively in alignment with Acera’s values
