Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $25,000)
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a dynamic full-service restaurant team in Prince George. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, and who is ready to take ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a high-performing team across both front and back of houseCreate and maintain a positive, inclusive culture rooted in hospitality and accountabilityOversee financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiencyExecute against weekly, monthly, and annual goals with a strong focus on profitability and guest satisfactionBuild schedules, ensure training excellence, and uphold high cleanliness and maintenance standardsHire, coach, and develop leaders and hourly team members to grow with the businessChampion brand integrity, local marketing initiatives, and community engagementUphold a premium guest experience by role modeling attentive, genuine serviceWhat You Bring
