The HR Manager serves as the individual responsible for the overall management, and performance of businesses managed by TKEDC. Reporting to the President of TKEDC, the HR Manager sets the direction and success for staff and employees. This includes overseeing the onboarding, training, recruitment, and termination of employees of TKEDC and subsidiary companies. The HR Manager plays a critical role in advancing TKEDC’s mission of economic self-sufficiency and sustainable development that aligns with the rights and values of the Tsay Keh Dene Nation.
